Production Operator 2pm-10pm

Monday to Thursday: 1:45pm – 10:15pm

• Friday: 1:45pm – 7:45pm

Pickles Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturer of high-performance motor components.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a hands-on approach and previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a busy production team, helping to manufacture and finish high-quality components while maintaining excellent standards of safety, accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.

• Loading and unloading materials and components.

• Carrying out general production and assembly duties.

• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Identifying and reporting any defects or production issues.

• Following production instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Completing basic production paperwork where required.

• Ensuring machinery and work areas are kept clean and tidy.

• Working towards daily production targets.

• Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.

• Supporting colleagues across the production department when required.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing or machine operating would be advantageous.

• A good eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, factory-based environment.

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
