Production Supervisor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff on the assigned shift or line.
• Ensure all production targets are met safely and efficiently, maintaining quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to production operatives, promoting best practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on the production floor.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist with inventory management as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
