Production Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team on the factory floor in Leeds . You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations to meet output targets and maintain quality standards. As a supervisor, you will be a key point of contact for your team, driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence within the Leeds production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of production staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor production lines, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
• Maintain production records and report on key performance indicators to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of production activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of production processes and manufacturing techniques.
