Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a production team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure that all production operations are carried out in accordance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor production output and quality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support to the existing workforce.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including output, waste, and downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing costs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
