About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project managers within the programme, providing guidance, support, and ensuring cohesive delivery.
• Manage programme budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring efficient resource allocation and proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting on programme progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business development strategies and execution in the Norwich region.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Programme Manager or a senior Project Manager managing complex business initiatives.
• Proven track record in business development , strategic planning, and market growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in programme and project management methodologies and tools.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
