Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in programme management , preferably within the charity sector or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation techniques to assess programme impact.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing responsibilities both remotely and in the office.
