About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of various social impact programmes across the region.
• Manage programme budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.

• Monitor programme progress, evaluate outcomes against set objectives, and produce comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience in programme management, ideally within the charity or social sector .
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and manage complex projects effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated understanding of impact measurement and evaluation methodologies.
