• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader campaign goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar social media role.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement rates.
• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
