About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Programme Officer to support the delivery of their impactful programmes in Belfast . This hybrid role allows for a flexible blend of remote work and essential office-based duties, ensuring you can effectively manage programme activities and collaborate with the team. You will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various charitable initiatives, contributing directly to the organisation's goals and the communities it serves.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of programme activities according to established project plans.
- Monitor programme progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of programmes, including scheduling meetings, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders.
- Support the development of programme documentation, including proposals, reports, and communications materials.
- Maintain effective communication channels with programme beneficiaries, partners, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the evaluation of programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project support, programme coordination, or a similar administrative role, preferably within the charity sector.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
