Programme Officer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and organised Programme Officer to support the delivery and development of their vital initiatives, working remotely to serve the Norwich community and beyond. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our charitable programmes, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation. You will work closely with programme managers, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to ensure our projects achieve their intended impact and meet the needs of the community. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of organisational programmes and projects.
• Coordinate programme activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project plans.
• Liaise with beneficiaries, community partners, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure effective engagement.
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of programme progress, collecting data and contributing to reports.
• Maintain programme records, databases, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of funding applications and reports, contributing to fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in programme support, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the charity sector .
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a remote environment .
