Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and project teams.
- Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring they are organised and accessible.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying potential risks or delays.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing related to project expenditures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, with a focus on project support.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaign with diverse teams.
