Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
• Lead design team meetings and coordinate with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and refine architectural concepts, ensuring design integrity and functional efficiency.
• Oversee the preparation of all technical drawings, specifications, and contract administration documents.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with current registration (e.g., ARB/RIBA).
• Significant experience (10+ years) in project running and architectural design, preferably within the UK market.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Expertise in Revit and other BIM software is essential.
• Strong understanding of procurement routes, contract law, and construction management principles.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
