About the Role

Our client seeks a dynamic Project Architect to lead and manage a variety of exciting architectural projects. This role involves overseeing all phases of design and construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams, providing expert guidance and leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from inception through to post-completion, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and present design concepts, project proposals, and feasibility studies to clients.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent.
• Significant experience (7+ years) as a Project Architect, managing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and contract administration.
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
