Job Description
Position: Project Architect – London Office
Founded in 2006 in Paris, Reid Brewin Architects (RBA) has grown rapidly, with over 120 team members across our offices in London, Paris, Milan, and Madrid . We specialise in high-spec, large-scale projects – particularly in data centres , commercial offices, and luxury retail. Known for our technical excellence and design innovation, we offer a vibrant, multicultural environment where ambitious architects thrive.
As part of our ongoing expansion, RBA London is seeking a Project Architect to join our team and work on major data centre developments across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data centre projects
- Develop concept design proposals, including presenting to clients and local planning authorities
- Oversee the technical development and detailed design in accordance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
- Prepare full tender and construction documentation
- Propose practical solutions to design and construction challenges as projects evolve
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- Assess technical and financial feasibility
- Manage tender processes and liaise with contractors
- Monitor programme, quality, budget, and health & safety standards
- Oversee delivery from concept through to completion
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience
- Proven experience delivering large data centre or high-tech projects
- Strong design, coordination, and client-facing skills
- Proficient in Revit
- Solid understanding of UK planning and building regulations
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
