About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to lead key projects within their busy office in Manchester . You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial client brief through to post-completion review, ensuring the highest standards of design and delivery. This role is ideal for a qualified architect with strong project management skills and a passion for creating exceptional built environments. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and external consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and manage building regulations approvals.
• Lead design team coordination and site supervision activities.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with current registration.
• Proven experience as a Project Architect, managing projects independently.
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning law, building regulations, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in BIM software and related design technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a demanding environment.
