About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and accomplished Project Architect to manage and deliver exciting new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion in Manchester . This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate design teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be central to ensuring design quality and technical integrity throughout all project phases. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of architectural projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate and lead design team meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and statutory bodies to facilitate project progress and approvals.
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and other contract documentation.
- Maintain high standards of design quality and technical execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from start to finish.
- Excellent knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) processes and software like Revit .
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement routes, and site supervision.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in the Manchester area.
