Project Architect

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Architect to lead significant projects from inception to completion in Leeds . This role requires a blend of creative design flair and robust project management skills, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality architectural outcomes. You will be responsible for managing project teams, client relationships, and coordinating with various consultants to achieve project goals within the Yorkshire region. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from feasibility studies and design development to construction administration.
• Manage project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure high standards of work are maintained.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering strong working relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any design or construction issues that arise during the build phase.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with current registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect managing projects independently.
• Demonstrable experience in leading design teams and managing multiple project streams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD , and other relevant architectural software.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning procedures, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
