About the Role
Our client, an innovative architectural practice in Cardiff , seeks a proactive and skilled Project Architect to lead key projects from design conception through to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client brief to final project handover.
- Lead design development, ensuring creative vision aligns with technical feasibility and project constraints.
- Manage project finances, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and contractors, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, planning regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with RIBA or equivalent accreditation.
- Demonstrable experience managing architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful project delivery in diverse sectors.
