About the Role

Our client seeks a highly motivated Project Architect to join their dynamic practice located in the heart of Leeds . This role is central to managing and delivering a variety of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing leadership and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned architectural projects, from inception through to completion.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, are compliant with regulations, and are economically viable.
• Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality, resolving any on-site issues promptly.

Requirements

• RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Significant experience as a Project Architect, managing diverse project types.
• Proficiency in architectural design and project management software.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building codes, planning laws, and construction best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
