About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage architectural projects from initial design concept to final handover.
• Develop and present innovative design solutions that meet client objectives and project constraints.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Champion sustainable design principles and advanced building technologies.

Requirements

• RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience managing architectural projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering a variety of project types, including commercial and residential.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant planning laws and building regulations.
