About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from initial design concept to final handover.
- Develop and present innovative design solutions that meet client objectives and project constraints.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Champion sustainable design principles and advanced building technologies.
Requirements
- RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing architectural projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering a variety of project types, including commercial and residential.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant planning laws and building regulations.
