About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated Project Architect to join a thriving architectural studio in the heart of Manchester . You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients and construction teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned architectural projects, from initial concept development to final handover.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure all project work adheres to relevant building codes, standards, and company quality protocols.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect (RIBA Part III or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects within the residential and commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong technical drawing capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage project timelines effectively.
