Project Architect

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned architectural projects, from initial concept development to final handover.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure all project work adheres to relevant building codes, standards, and company quality protocols.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect (RIBA Part III or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects within the residential and commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong technical drawing capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage project timelines effectively.
