Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural designs and calculations for various building and infrastructure projects.
• Produce comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Oversee the structural aspects of construction, ensuring adherence to design plans and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess existing structures and provide engineering solutions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to manage project expectations and approvals.
• Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and cost estimation for structural elements.

Requirements

• Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design and project execution.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or ETABS.
• Thorough knowledge of Eurocodes and relevant British Standards.
• Experience in managing design teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
