Job Description
A well-established construction consultancy in Bromley is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with residential experience to work across a strong pipeline of housing and wider property projects while developing within a supportive consultancy environment.
The Project Manager will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who understands residential project delivery, can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and is comfortable managing programme, risk, reporting, and stakeholder expectations. The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative team with strong local market knowledge and clear opportunities for progression.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will lead residential and wider property projects across Bromley, London, and the South East.
The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, contract administration, risk management, change control, project reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
The Project Manager will chair meetings, monitor contractor performance, coordinate design and project information, and help ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful Project Manager will have:
Prior experience working within a construction consultancy Residential project experience Experience managing projects through pre-contract and post-contract stages A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or progress towards a relevant professional qualification Good knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement Employer's Agent experience would be beneficial Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills A proactive and professional approach to project delivery
