Project Manager – £110m Student Accommodation Scheme

Location: Bath Salary: £85,000–£90,000 + package Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major £110m student accommodation development in Bath, working with a leading Tier 1 contractor.

The project commenced on site at the end of August 2026 and offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager to join an established delivery team on a significant live construction scheme.

The Role

Reporting into a Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the project, working closely with the wider site team, including Site Managers, Senior Site Managers and the Contracts Manager.

You will play a key role in driving programme, quality, health and safety, and overall project delivery, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to the required standards.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience delivering live construction projects with a Tier 1 main contractor.

Strong project management and site delivery experience.

*

Confident coordinating subcontractors, site teams and key stakeholders.

*

Residential experience will also be considered.

*

A hands-on approach with the ability to drive progress on site.
