Project Manager - Estates / FM Projects Location: Dudley Sites: Russells Hall Hospital, Guest Hospital & Corbett Hospital Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of capital projects, lifecycle works and client variations across a busy healthcare estate.

Main duties

Manage projects from initial scope through to completion and handover Deliver multiple projects safely, on time and within budget Manage contractors, consultants and site teams Produce project programmes, budgets, risk registers and progress reports Carry out site inspections and quality checks Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, Building Regulations, Health & Safety and HTM guidance Liaise with Estates, Maintenance, clinical teams and other key stakeholders Manage commissioning, handover and project close-outWhat we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years' experience delivering FM, Estates or construction projects within occupied buildings Strong M&E / building services knowledge Experience managing contractors and multiple projects Degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management or similar PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent preferred Strong knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsInterested?
