Freelance Fit Out Project Manager Required – Liverpool Street

I’m looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager for a Tier 1 fit-out contractor on a £3m commercial refurbishment close to Liverpool Street.

The project:

• £3m fit-out/refurbishment

• Minor strip-out + refurbishment across 3 floors

• 2 x Cat B floors

• 1 x Cat A floor

• 16-week programme

• Live/occupied 10-storey building

• a Site Manager will be on the project , who will report to the appointed Project Manager

We need someone with a strong track record delivering fast-paced commercial office fit-outs in Central London, ideally with Tier 1/main contractor experience.

You’ll need to be comfortable taking overall responsibility for delivery, driving the programme and managing the site team, subcontractors and client interface.
