Project Manager required for an SME construction main contractor based in Nottingham, working on commercial and residential projects in and around Nottinghamshire. Due to continued growth and new project awards, TSR are currently looking to source a Project Manager with experience in minor works including office fit outs and refurbishment schemes to join the delivery team on a permanent basis.

Projects such as local council and government including reactive repairs and maintenance in environments such as schools, leisure facilities and various other government owned buildings. A fantastic opportunity for a driven and aspiring project/contracts manager with minor works experience.

The Role

Operationally manage sites from inception to completion Build working relationships with and help manage Subcontractors Client facing Manage multiple sites concurrently (up to £1m) Health and Safety – compliance Quality monitoring The Person

Construction Project Management experience Trade background preferred SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Knowledge of construction techniques and regulations TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a regional construction contractor operating across the South Yorkshire on a permanent basis
