Position: (Number 1) Project Manager Location: Birmingham Salary: up to £75,000 plus Car option and Benefits

New Build experience is essential. Industrial/Warehouse experience would be advantageous

Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £90 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Commercial.

The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of an experienced Project Manager.

Strong track record Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects up to the value of £10 million. Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
