Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience working for a construction contractor?
I've been retained on a Contract Manager vacancy for a well鈥慹stablished and growing interior fit鈥憃ut and refurbishment business that has been supporting the UK commercial sector since 2011. Specialising in partitions, suspended ceilings, drylining and passive fire protection, they pride ourselves on delivering high鈥憅uality projects with a personal, professional approach.

This is honestly a superb contractor who I already have a candidate working for. They are doing extremely well and are very busy. That is the reason for this new role where they want to add to their contract & project management team to free up Paul the Director.

The Role
This is a hands-on Project Manager position where you'll oversee multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multiple interior fit-out projects Acting as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors and site teams Planning and coordinating project programmes Ensuring health & safety compliance across all works Managing subcontractors, materials and project resources Monitoring project performance, cost control and quality standards Conducting site visits and providing leadership to site teams Building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent customer serviceAbout You
Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction, fire protection, drylining, ceilings, partitioning or fit-out Strong knowledge of contracts, regulations and construction processes Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills Commercial awareness and project management experience Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively Full UK driving licence
