Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Officer to join Rugby Borough Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
*
Develop and deliver a review of the Independent Living Services provided by the Council including the redesignation of stock project.
*
Contribute to the review and changes to Lifeline and Out of Hours Services.
*
Assist in the setting up of a successful service level agreement with another Local Authority to deliver property management services to a specific site.
*
Contribute to a review of rents and service charges.
*
Work with the Housing Services and Communities and Project Teams on tenant consultation events
*
Work on a review of tenancy terms and conditions.
Essential Requirements
*
Experience of working in social housing or a related field
*
Strong IT skills
*
Ability to produce written reports in a timely & accurate way
*
Full current driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes.
