Review supplier quality arrangements and manufacturing/inspection documentation (e.g. QCPs, weld schedules, NDT procedures) in line with project and client requirements. Attend supply chain kick-off meetings, contract review and handover meetings, ensuring quality requirements are understood and embedded. Plan, arrange and carry out verification activities such as vendor surveillance and inspection assignments (including liaison with customer inspection personnel where required). Complete risk assessments prior to inspection/verification activity taking place. Witness and verify key activities (e.g. functional testing), ensuring objective evidence is captured. Review and endorse quality records throughout the contract lifecycle (e.g. inspection reports, test packs, certification, supporting quality documentation). Produce timely reporting and support compilation/review of Lifetime Records / data dossiers through to final handover. Support effective management of risks, issues and non-conformances, driving timely corrective actions and closure. Ensure compliance with company QMS and HSE policies at all times.

Strong working knowledge and application of ISO 9001. Experience with quality planning and verification (e.g. Quality Plans, ITPs, inspections, objective evidence capture, handover documentation).
