Promotions Strategy & Optimisation Architect

Silverspin is seeking a Promotions Strategy & Optimisation Manager to drive performance of promotions across our Sportsbook and Casino products from the Isle of Man. You will translate data insights into action, optimise campaigns, and shape automated, personalised promotional journeys.

You will work closely with CRM, BI and Product teams to implement test-and-learn strategies, evaluate impact, and scale successful mechanisms while balancing commercial value and player engagement.
