Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis and underwriting for potential acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers and their representatives.
• Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and asset management teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain a strong network of brokers, agents, and property owners to generate deal flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property acquisition , real estate investment, or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, particularly in Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Familiarity with the UK property market and its legal frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
