About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Acquisitions Specialist to join their expanding team in Wolverhampton . This role is central to identifying and securing new investment properties, ranging from residential buy-to-let opportunities to larger development sites within the West Midlands . You will conduct thorough due diligence, negotiate favourable purchase terms, and manage the acquisition process from initial contact through to completion. This is a crucial position for an individual with a keen eye for opportunity and a strong understanding of the property investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential investment properties through various channels, including online portals, direct marketing, and agent relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including title checks, planning history reviews, and environmental assessments.
• Analyse property data to determine market value, potential rental income, and return on investment (ROI).
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers or their representatives to secure properties on favourable conditions.
• Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, working closely with solicitors, surveyors, and lenders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and other industry professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate investment, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the UK property market, particularly within the Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in property valuation techniques and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of potential acquisitions.
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required for site visits and client meetings.
