Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential development sites and projects, conducting feasibility studies and market analysis.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure profitability and timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities throughout the development process.
• Secure necessary planning permissions and ensure compliance with all building regulations and legal requirements.
• Oversee the construction phase, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Manage the marketing and sales or leasing of completed developments.

Requirements

• Proven track record in property development management, with experience across residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of planning regulations, construction processes, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A degree in Property Development, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
