About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Property Development Manager to oversee their exciting portfolio of projects in and around Belfast . You will be responsible for identifying new development opportunities, managing feasibility studies, securing planning permissions, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire new land and property development opportunities in Belfast and surrounding areas.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, market research, and financial appraisals for potential projects.
• Manage the planning application process, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, and project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful and profitable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, contractors, and consultants.

Requirements

• Degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in property development project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex development projects.
• Strong understanding of the Northern Ireland planning system and construction processes.
• Excellent financial appraisal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work strategically and manage multiple projects concurrently in Belfast .
