About the Role
Our client seeks a proactive and experienced Property Development Manager to spearhead exciting new projects in Belfast . This role involves overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to construction, marketing, and eventual sale or lease. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the property development process and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable built environments in Northern Ireland .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities, conducting site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Secure planning permissions and navigate regulatory processes with local authorities.
- Appoint and manage consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders throughout the development process.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Oversee the construction phase, monitoring progress, quality, and site safety.
- Coordinate marketing and sales strategies for completed developments.
Requirements
- Degree in Property Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in property development project management, preferably within the UK market.
- Strong understanding of planning regulations, construction methods, and contract management.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing development budgets.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
