Property Development Manager

About the Role

Our client is searching for an experienced and strategic Property Development Manager to lead exciting projects in Glasgow . This role involves overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to planning, construction, and final handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality developments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in successful property development and a deep understanding of the Scottish construction and property sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the property development process, including site acquisition, planning, design, and construction.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial viability assessments for new development projects.
• Secure necessary planning permissions and regulatory approvals.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience in property development management, preferably in the UK market.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, planning regulations, and contract management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
