About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Development Manager to lead their development projects in the Bristol region and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and planning through to construction and project completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery. This is a significant opportunity to shape the urban landscape through impactful development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of property development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the acquisition of new development sites and conduct feasibility studies.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and local planning authorities.
• Develop and manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with all planning regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience in property development management , with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the development process, including planning, construction, and finance.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contract management, and risk assessment.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
