Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive market research and feasibility studies for potential property investments.

Requirements

- Proven experience in property investment analysis, financial modeling, or similar role.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Familiarity with the Oxford property market is a plus.
