About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly competent Property Litigation Lawyer to join their established practice in Portsmouth . This position focuses on managing a diverse caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, and professional negligence claims. You will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence in property law. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and possess strong litigation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property litigation matters, advising commercial and private clients.
• Draft and serve legal notices, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in county court, high court, and tribunal hearings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice on dispute resolution.
• Liaise effectively with clients, opposing parties, and other professionals.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 4 years' experience in property litigation .
• In-depth knowledge of property law and relevant procedural rules.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and achieve successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Commitment to working within an office-based environment in Portsmouth .
