About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join their well-established practice in Plymouth . Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and rights of way.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk assessment, and potential settlement options for property disputes.
• Draft and issue legal proceedings, applications, and relevant court documents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case analyses and opinions.
• Liaise effectively with clients, opposing parties, and other legal professionals.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience specializing in property litigation .
• In-depth knowledge of property law and associated dispute resolution procedures.
• Proven experience in managing contentious property cases.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload.
