Property Manager (Lettings)

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Portfolio Manager to join a property-focused organisation providing property management, refurbishment, development, and renewable energy solutions across residential and commercial properties.

As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will manage and enhance the performance of a diverse property portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase value, income, and long-term returns.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £32,000 - £38,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing residential and commercial property portfolios, ensuring properties remain compliant, well maintained, and commercially successful.
• Identifying new investment opportunities and potential income-generating properties.
• Completing property appraisals, assessing rental values, and supporting effective marketing strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation, health and safety standards, and lettings requirements.
• Conducting property viewings, handling enquiries, and providing professional guidance to prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental agreements, tenancy terms, lease renewals, and other property-related transactions.
• Preparing and maintaining tenancy documentation, records, and associated administration.
• Supporting property investment decisions through market insight and commercial awareness.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Property Portfolio Manager, Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, Lettings Manager, Estates Manager, Block Manager or in a similar role.
• Prior experience within property management, lettings, or a similar property-focused role.
• A strong understanding of residential and commercial property operations.
• Commercial awareness with knowledge of rental values, investment performance, operating costs, and portfolio management.
• Experience identifying property opportunities and assessing their potential value.
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation, compliance requirements, and industry best practice.
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify solutions and deliver results.
• A full UK driving licence to travel between properties and development sites
