Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager with hands‑on lettings and property management experience to join a respected independent estate agency.
Our client is a well‑established estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings, and property management, known for its personalised service, strong local reputation, and supportive team culture.
You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, serving as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors while overseeing tenancies, maintenance, property inspections, compliance, and the smooth day‑to‑day running of the portfolio.
This full‑time permanent role offers a salary of circa £30,000 (negotiable), benefits and free parking.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant, or in a similar role
- Must have experience managing lettings and property portfolios
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, professional, and solution‑focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
