An independent property company are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to help oversee a local residential lettings portfolio: providing exceptional service, managing issues efficiently, and supporting landlords and tenants across Kent.

Salary: £35,000 per annum (Subject to experience)

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Previous experience in property management is essential!

• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
