We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Property Manager to join our team. This role involves delivering a high standard of customer service while managing a portfolio of residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors
• Prepare and negotiate service charge budgets and monitor expenditure
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections of the developments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant legislation
• Handle property related issues promptly and effectively
• Appoint and manage contractors and service providers
• Interpret and enforce Lease and Transfer covenants, ensuring obligations are met
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

About You

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management
• Strong understanding of Leases, Transfers, and property legislation
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• Customer focused with strong communication and relationship building abilities
• Able to work independently and use initiative with minimal supervision
• A positive team player who upholds company values and standards
• TPI qualified (or willing to work towards accreditation) or hold a similar professional qualification
