Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Portfolio Analyst to join their investment team based in Nottingham . This role is essential for monitoring and optimising the performance of a diverse property investment portfolio. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing complex data, generating insightful reports, and providing recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and analyse data related to property performance, including rental income, occupancy rates, and operational costs.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and reports to track portfolio performance against benchmarks and targets.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the property portfolio and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Assist in the forecasting of future portfolio performance and in the evaluation of potential new investments.
• Collaborate with asset managers, leasing teams, and external consultants to ensure data accuracy and comprehensive analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a real estate analysis , financial analysis, or data analysis role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and ideally database management.
• Familiarity with property management software and real estate investment principles is advantageous.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Real Estate, or a related field.
