About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties in Belfast, Northern Ireland . This role requires a strategic approach to property management, focusing on maximizing returns, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property standards. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient and profitable management of assets within the dynamic Northern Ireland real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and optimize rental income.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage tenant leases, renewals, and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on portfolio performance, including budgets, income, and expenditure statements.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure efficient property operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or portfolio management, ideally within the UK market.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and property maintenance best practices.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A professional qualification in property management or a related field is advantageous.
