Property Repairs & Claims Coordinator

Confidential is seeking a proactive Repairs Coordinator / Claims Handler to join its friendly, fast-paced team. Based in Banstead / Sutton area of Surrey, the role handles property repairs and insurance claims, coordinating with homeowners, trades teams and contracts managers to keep projects on track.

Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, office-based with free parking and good public transport access. A DBS check is required; salary £27,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
