Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Services Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Camden. This pivotal role is integral to ensuring the smooth administration of repairs, compliance works, and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective administrative support to the Operations Teams, ensuring timely and compliant execution of property services programmes. Maintain meticulous records for all jobs, including appointments, statuses, and costs. Liaise with relevant stakeholders and subcontractors to guarantee efficient service delivery. Manage resident communications to ensure access for works and resolve customer complaints promptly. Collaborate within a high-performing team to foster a supportive environment focused on success. Update and maintain various team inboxes and CRM systems for seamless operations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Excellent IT skills and literacy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven customer service expertise and organisational skills. Self-motivated with a resilient and assertive approach. Experience in letter writing and minute-taking.

Desirable Attributes:

Background in the Housing/Property sector. Ability to analyse complex data and compile insightful reports.
